For candidates, your verified profile data — including name, certified skills, assessment scores, and certificate details — is provided to us by GrowproIn when you opt in to be discoverable. We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, and usage data via cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to operate the talent discovery platform, match employers with verified candidates, enable employer-created assessments, process job postings, communicate about your account, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
Candidate profiles published on ProJobsIn are visible to registered employers for recruitment purposes. We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email, analytics), or where required by law.
4. Candidate Profile Source & Control
Candidate profiles displayed on ProJobsIn originate from GrowproIn's verification process. Candidates control their visibility through their GrowproIn account settings; withdrawing consent there will remove the profile from ProJobsIn.
5. Data Retention
We retain employer account and job/assessment data for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion at any time, subject to applicable retention requirements.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us at connect@growproin.com.
7. Cookies
