1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an employer account or otherwise using ProJobsIn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
Employer accounts must be created by an authorized representative of a legitimate organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate company and billing information.
3. Candidate Data & Verified Profiles
Candidate profiles displayed on ProJobsIn are sourced from GrowproIn's skill verification process and reflect candidates' actual assessment performance. You may use this information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes, and may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or use candidate data for any purpose other than evaluating candidates for employment.
4. Job Postings & Employer Assessments
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of job postings and any custom assessments you create. We reserve the right to remove postings or assessments that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate applicable law or these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting unauthorized access to accounts or data, interfering with platform operation, posting unlawful or discriminatory content, or contacting candidates for purposes unrelated to legitimate hiring.
6. Fees & Billing
Certain features of ProJobsIn may require payment of fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, design, and content (excluding employer-submitted job postings and assessments) are owned by ProJobsIn or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
ProJobsIn is provided "as is." While candidate verification is performed by GrowproIn using rigorous assessment methods, we do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate availability, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProJobsIn and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or hiring decisions made using it.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ProJobsIn at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct that we believe harms the platform, candidates, or other users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ProJobsIn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
